In relation to Go Untucked evaluating your Design (the "Design") for possible use on apparel and other products (“products”), you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Design Submission Terms and Conditions"):

The Design as well as all information related to the Design is provided to Go Untucked by the designers/creators who are solely responsible for its content and accuracy. In particular, you take responsibility to declare any relevant copyright information pertaining to the design. You declare that the design is your original work, has not been previously published (in relevant product categories), and contains no trademarks, logos or other intellectual property belonging to any third person or party.

Go Untucked reserves the right to reject a Design for any reason, including those explained on the design submission section of the website. If possible, Go Untucked will make an effort to communicate with you and modify a submitted design, but reserves the ultimate right to accept or reject Designs as per its discretion.

If Go Untucked manufactures a Product using your Design, you will receive a prize as per the terms agreed upon with you. These terms will be agreed upon either through a personal electronic mail communication with you, or automatically as per the current information on the Go Untucked website. The terms present on the website when a design is selected will be considered applicable. Go Untucked has the right to change the prize money at any point by declaring it on its website or by notifying you via electronic mail. Payment will be dispatched within 90 days of Go Untucked receiving suitable quality artwork from you. You are responsible for filing taxes related to any such payments received from Go Untucked.

The website organization and Product prices will be set by Go Untucked using its discretion, and can be changed at any point of time. Product display and cataloguing decisions are taken by the Go Untucked management based on various sales and marketing considerations, and can also be changed at any point without a formal notice to you. This includes the time duration for which a Product made using your Design is available for shopping.

Go Untucked may make minor changes to your Design, mainly (but no exclusively) to suit manufacturing needs. The final product may not conform 100% to your original Design submission.

Go Untucked may make use of your Design in various ways, including printing them on a Product (apparel, accessories, posters or other merchandize), selling these Products, changing the design by resizing or modifying the color, using it in promotional material on or off the Go Untucked website, and registering the Design with the Copyright Office in the name of Go Untucked as the Claimant, and you as the Author.

You will not reproduce, sell, or submit the Design to other firms or websites for a period of 90 days after submitting them to Go Untucked. After those 90 days your Design is not selected by Go Untucked, you are free to use it elsewhere after notifying Go Untucked so that the design can be removed from the Go Untucked website. If you have not notified Go Untucked about the use of your Design elsewhere, Go Untucked can use it for the purposes mentioned above.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you grant Go Untucked a worldwide, irrevocable, exclusive and royalty free license to manufacture, sell, modify and sub-license the Design submitted.
